Loved their terrace.
We had two rooms, mine was smaller even though I wanted a double and another person from my group was single. Pillows in the rooms are awful. Staff is rather rude. Heard one of the receptionists fighting with someone on the phone, swearing a lot. A/C didn't work at night in our room. They store our luggage in a small dirty room with mops.
Great breakfast, nice rooms, great location to see the sights of Rome
Excellent location, helpfull staff and good breakfasts.
Good central and safe location
No kettles for boiling water. Very thin pillows. Can be noisy if you take the room facing the street, but this is remedied with soundproof windows/walls and air-conditioning.
Excellent location in the center of Rome with availability to arrive everywhere on foot.
Had a interior room with no view to street.
The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The drain in the shower did not work for two days until it was fixed. The TV had no Englsih channels. I asked about it and they told me that there was something wrong with the antena. But I stayed for three days and nothing was done about it. In addition, although in the contract that I received from Booked.net it states that the price is inclusive of all taxes, I was charged 3 EUR per day extra tax. The rooms are relatively clean but old and the carpet is not clean.
Very good location, 10 min to Trevi on foot, 3 min to the metrostation Bernini. Friendly staff. The room was clean and larger than the standard.
Breakfast was nice but a little bit poor.
nice big double bed and clean, modern bathroom
Unable to get breakfast early
The location is brilliant. Hotel is clean one. Air condition is very usefull during the summer. Big bathroom.
Poor breakfast. Hotel looks old inside. There is strange smell when you just enter the room, but in few minutes it is ok.
The location was great. A short walk to the Barberini METRO station.
The front desk claimed they could not give me smaller Euro bills if I wanted to change a 50 Euro bill.
Great location, 6 blocks from Trevi, 4 blocks from spanish steps, 15 blocks from Pantheon. Clean. Staff was good. Air conditioning worked but not great. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was great.
If your looking for an american hotel this is not it. If you have traveled in Europe this is an old hotel in an old area. It is clean and comfortable. Well located.
Bed not comfort, Breakfast not good, OJ terrible.
Nothing. Just the location. Maybe single room is worse than a double. That I don't know, but I was in a single.
When I came to the room in the evening I turned on the conditioner but when I wanted to turn it off the remote didn't work. I went down to ask for assistance but the man said that he's alone in the hotel and can't leave his place. I told him that I can't sleep with conditioner because I could get a cough tomorrow but he said that he can't leave his place and doesn't have free rooms. And also he said that there are no any new batteries in the hotel!!! After 5 minutes he agreed to come to the room but of course he didn't manage to help me without new batteries. He went down for several minutes and returned with the new remote or I don't no what he did but it worked. After 15 nervious minutes everything was ok. And also shower is awful. It"s very very inconvenient.
The hotel was good and clean, location is great just 5 minutes to spanish steps and 10 minutes to trevi fountain..
My wife and I liked everything. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near many things and close to the subway and to Termini.
No complaints or problems whatsoever. There was nothing not to like.
